I showed up around 11 am on a sunday, I ran into the owner too, he was driving a little golf cart around. He told us there were 2 spots. 50 was a good lot but 49 you will be stuck in the sun there is only 1 tree.
We got there around 9, made a couple laps of the grounds to see who might be leaving. We actually found and asked the host and he was able to tell us which sites should have been opening that day.
Early in a day. Go, see, ask who's leaving that day.
