There were a number of bad customer experiences over a 3 month period. Constantly giving me the wrong order and long wait times. During the long wait they give you your hot or cold drink for a fifteen minute wait to microwave a sandwich out of a wrapper. After 7 cars passed in the drive thru I went in and management was dismissive. I did not act uncivilized during this process but I can not continue to visit a place that does not focus on customer service. Maybe Donte was not there during the times that I visited so maybe the service has improved. I will try again and update soon. Thanks K.L.
