I used to love this location, but as of lately I have never met an entire staff more rude that those who work here. Even McDonald’s employees are kinder and everyone knows McDonald’s is typically bottom of the barrel….. I guess this Arby’s location gets that title though.

I've always liked this location, but something has changed. It took me a half hour to get a sandwich last night, and when it came it literally had only a single slice of roast beef. I'd have returned it for a refund, but I was already on the interstate again before I realized I'd been charged $7 for bread.

I’m currently doing a DoorDash order and this Arby’s has had me sitting, so far, for 35 minutes. I’ve watched the manager walk out the back with another associate to throw maybe 5 boxes in the trash and tell everyone “ sorry, we are cutting beef” but also see her just standing around when I get too the window. And when I get too the window for the DoorDash order that should have been picked up at 9:05 (and it’s now 9:37), they have me pull up where I’ve been for at least 5 of all this. If it’s so busy, the manager should stop running the clock and maybe be a real leader and get in there with everyone else.

After I ordered and she took my money, Brianna said there was about a 30 minute wait due to them being short staffed. Sandwiches were being made promptly and were ready quickly. Part of the problem was Brianna was taking over 5 minutes to pour a shake from the machine! Fries & sandwiches were both ready in their racks. In the 15 minutes I waited, the girl at the window only left the window once to go back and talk to the sandwich maker that was caught up with orders. NONE of them seemed interested in helping each other. As I was leaving, Brianna said they were closing the lobby and anyone with a dine-in order had to leave. When I left the same car was still sitting at the drive-thru window as when I got there. And the employee was just leaning out the window talking.
