Spent two nights at this hotel and was pleased with my choice. The room was clean and spacious. I will say the sleeper sofa was the most uncomfortable thing ever. I ended up making a bed on the chaise lounge part of the couch with one of the dining chairs for my feet. Luckily I’m short so it worked out perfectly with a great view of the tv. The lobby/breakfast had plenty of seating that was not on top of the next table. I didn’t try the breakfast but it appeared to have a good variety. The little market had your basics too. The location was great for me as it was walkable to restaurants and most important for me, at least one local coffee shop. The best thing about this hotel was definitely the staff. Every single person was super friendly and so helpful. These days customer service is not always pleasant, but it is at this hotel!!

One of the CLEANEST hotels I have ever stayed in and we travel often. Customer Service was superb! This is not common sense covid so I was pleasantly surprised. We stayed here before I had surgery at UAB the next day. It is two blocks from Kirkland Clinic and 6th Ave parking deck. The manager called after we arrived in our room to see if everything was good. They cared what we thought of their hotel and it showed. Harli at the desk when we checked in was awesome. THANK YOU FOR DOING SUCH A FINE JOB! Beds were super comfy, kitchen was nice. Even halls smelled super clean.

Did not stay at this property, but had an encounter with the not so caring or understanding General Manager, I learned that our 10 year old daughter made a reservation using my Marriott App for this hotel unknown to me and I was charged a 165.00 for not showing up, I contacted the hotel and was told she could not reverse the charge I'd have to speak with my bank., and fine a fraud claim. Now thus was an honest mistake and I do tale responsibility for my daughter's behavior however it was up to the property manager to decide if she wanted to refund my money. I'm disappointed that she would take the approach she took, but nevertheless i will not use this hotel based on her response to my issue.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Staff was kind. The room was extremely clean and way bigger than I was expecting. 5 points, with access to several restaurants and coffee shops, was a short 5 min walk away. Fitness center had a great treadmill and all the essentials. I will absolutely be staying again.
