Actually it is a trail managed by USDA-FS. Not a park. There is a tube fee on site for parking ($5) but it should be covered if you have an Annual Permit ($30) on display. I heard the bridge is out of commission for now. It was ok earlier this year. Still a beautiful trail. Enjoy responsibly!
