I stopped at this jacks in Harpersville, Alabama, i order a steak and gravy combo; they had this elderly black woman working the cash register.she typed in a steak biscuit instead because she couldn't hear or didnt know what to do.instead of arguing
What happened to our neighborhood Jacks. We are lost without the friendly Service . Also our orders was correct and in timely matter ; without the rudeness And unwelcome service. Please bring them back!
