I usually love Hardee's but yesterday was different. We ordered at drive through, they asked us to pull up and wait. After a while I went in to see why it was taking so long. My order and another person's order was sitting on counter with three employees talking. I asked for my order and they gave it to me, by then it was room temp. We stopped here on our way home, I am very disappointed they did us like this. It is obvious management is not on the job at this location today.

I ordered an egg and cheese Sandwich and then accommodated me. I had no idea this wasn't on the menu at all. Very good customer service

Love loved Hardee's The food what I had was good & delicious.i had the Bacon burger combo.it a better burger than Wendy's.i would go back again and buy more from them again.
