Just know your information is not private, the UPS people that deliver to the apartments and one who lives in the apartments will look your name up and spread private information about you to others in the complex that they know. Be careful with your packages. UPS is not supposed look up people and share your private information. HIPAA and a violation. Just know that UPS drivers there do that. The years I visited a friend it was nice until 6 months ago when new neighbors and they have been a nightmare for us. Just absolutely rude and disrespectful. Before they were there, everyone was great and decent when I visited there.

Above price below quality. The management barely manages. Prices on application fees fluctuate drastically. Repair requests are very rarely satisfied. Leaks in the roofs and mold are common. The grounds are kept nicely but expect the workers to start at seven. Vehicles are commonly vandalized and nothing is done. No cameras no gate and often times no parking. It's a place to live.
