Well looks like everything is going to work out. Was all a Misunderstanding but it’s in the process of being taken care of. Thank you Newport North & south. Going to be moving in sometime in October and can’t wait. Vincent Is a awesome Manager he has worked with me and kept me up-to-date on what has been going on every since I’ve been on the list. Once I get into my new apt I will update. I’m sure it’s going to be just as nice and wonderful as it seems.

Yes it is low income housing so they do accept section 8. And they are really nice apartments!
Your best bet is to call Susie Miller at the office on 60th Street between 8:00 and 1:00 in the afternoon I know the building that I live in is fully occupied and this one is not this building here is not on a bus line but the north section probably is

Newport North and South does have one bedrooms I'm not sure if they have any vacancies right now but it seems like it would be a nice place to live. And they're very affordable actually.
Yes except water/sewer and garbage.
They are very nice apartments but since the new site managers came on KEVIN POE it's been nothing but problems and lots of harassment he came on my 3 month of living there it was so awful and being a single mom with 2 kids it wasn't worth living there I gave up my 3 bedroom couldn't take his his behavior and he was very verbally abusive to tenants
