Most banks have hidden fees, this place is above and beyond. Absolute crooks they charge 3 times what any other bank does for statements. They were deliberately misleading about the fees for using debit cards out of state. Do not bank here.

Had to set a business acount up quick and set it up here, wish I would of went somewhere else, always a long wait, tiny parking lot, they hit me with all kinds of transaction fees when I order from vendors and part of the business world is to notarize documents and ALL my other banks/ credit unions did this free when I had an account there, this place charged me double what 3rd party notaries charge. Update: so my review policy is if a business responds kindly I give them another star for customer service but when I went in they pulled me aside, apologized and said they are trying to fix things which goes above my expectations and shows they care. Update: I've had this credit union for over a year and even tho a few staff members are nice I have had a terrible experience and will be shutting my account down and moving it to a financial institution where I'm appreciated; I've ran over 100k thru there last year and still not valued when applying for loans

Hi Raymond. Thanks for asking. All of our branch lobbies are open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, but you don't need to travel to a branch to open an account. You can do that from our website at https://www.oregonstatecu.com/join. If you run into a problem, call our Member Service Center at 800-732-0173.
Thank you for asking, Shelley. Yes, all our branches will be open the day after Thanksgiving. In Newport, the branch lobby will be open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and the drive-through will be open 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
