I stopped at this jacks in Harpersville, Alabama, i order a steak and gravy combo; they had this elderly black woman working the cash register.she typed in a steak biscuit instead because she couldn't hear or didnt know what to do.instead of arguing

Yep it happens. Most likely they are priced different, so it's easier to blame her than admit you can't count. I stop here all the time she would have made it right . Have a great day

There's a way the CUSTOMER should talk to the cashier also...cashiers are people too and they deserve to be respected...being the customer doesn't automatically mean you're right.
