We keep stopping every morning to get breakfast otw to work. The employees are outside smoking. But tell us they aren’t open yet. Even thou they open at 5 and we don’t leave our house until 5. If you can’t open on time. You shouldn’t be outside on break smoking.

Constance the assistant manager has a disgusting attitude and terrible customer service skills. I cannot even believe the way we were just treated in the drive thru line. She screamed and cussed at us with our 3 year old daughter in the car and told us we need to learn how to make our own food at home. She repeatedly kept opening the drive thru door and screaming at us and slamming it. We love Jack’s but won’t ever return to this location.

When I say the food here is amazing. It's fast food but like it's not. Depending on crew sometimes your food comes out quick and all together.
