Ordered the Kale Crunch Salad and literally got 2 tablespoons. More air in the container than salad. Had to ask for the almonds because none were in the bag. Also ordered nuggets and no sauce in the bag. Had to ask for that too. Check your bag before driving off if visiting this store.

This places is Great.. I have many words to describe this place there employees make sure you need something And they always are there to help you , when you order they always Come to check on you every once and while to see if you need anything and if you do they always come out under 5 minutes they always Have pleasure into anything they deserve a lot more then this And they always make it fun to this experience, this is why I made it 5 stars.

I consistently have issues each time I go to this location. Missing food, employees who don't know how to work their ipads or what functions to use, my bag has been soaked on the bottom before and the food has fallen through, and hair in food (there was a hair in my fries last visit too). This last visit is what finally made me leave a review because I feel as though this location has had enough chances from me. Let me start off by saying the food is always good, the taste and temperature is always as it should be and speed of service is fine. However, I faced the same issues I've had before on my last visit. The employee didn't know how to work her iPad and this caused confusion which took a bit to figure out, but it's understandable. We were told this location no longer does well done fries, which was kind of shocking but I guess doesn't matter because any time we asked we never got the fries well done regardless. Once we received our food I was in a hurry and didn't check the bag like I had started doing when going to this location and unfortunately when we got home I was missing nuggets from a kids meal. I sent my husband with the receipt to get what we were missing. It took quite a while and everyone else had finished eating already.This is because he was given such a hard time over a 5 piece nugget since his name didn't match my name which was on the receipt. He had been in the car with me when I initially ordered. This isn't the type of second mile service you would expect from Chick-fil-A, and I think I'll be coming to this location less often.

We have taken steps to ensure the health and safety of our Guests and Team, including: · Wearing face protection and gloves · Practicing 6-feet social distancing as much as possible · Frequent hand washing at least every 60 minutes · Each Team Member must complete a health screening prior to working, which includes a temperature check Additionally, our Dining Room has been closed since March of 2020. We currently offer service via our Drive-Thru, Mobile Curbside, or Carry Out from our Front Counter.
I agree. Go to a manager, they will be prompt to address issues.
