Beautiful location, quiet, friendly staff. We are on our 3rd month of 6 and we comment regularly how happy we are we found this place to stay while our house is being built.

Campground is very nice and while restrooms are spotlessly clean and functional, the path to them needs to be mowed more frequently. Showers are in a separate location and key for them is supposed to be left under a mat at the door. Unfortunately, there was only one key and whoever happened to be in the shower held it so access to other shower was impossible til the person came out and returned key under mat. Also the shower lock on left side of bldg didn't work. I had spent a bit of time to get it to actually click locked, and a person literally walked in on me as I was getting out of shower. Also, the tent camping area had 110 vac outlets, but didn't work on out camp site. While 15.00 per night for tent sites is very reasonable, and facilities are super clean, these issues really need to be addressed.

Relaxing weekend. We had three tents, everyone else had an RV, but a great time. Peaceful, away from the noise and most importantly, away from the house for a couple nights. Owner was extremely accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks for the weekend getaway.

Not sure. I would guess 20 bucks. Thats what i have paid in other places in GA
450 a month and you get 500kw of power, after 500kw you pay .18 cents per kw. That is for 50amp hookup. I don't know what the 30amp price is.

We rent by the day, by the week, and by the month (mainly to contractors who are out of state working on a job site/people passing through on their way to another destination-the county will not allow anyone to live here [we are not implying that you are trying to live here by asking if we rent long term, but we have several people who call asking for a place to live. I was just giving you all the basic information, and trying to clear that up for anyone else who reads your question]).

The mini cabins are only available for a 2 consecutive night minimum stay on the weekends at $35 a night ($70.00 for the weekend)

Yes, yes, yes and yes ma'am. I think it's 450 per month starting the first of the year. It's very quiet and serene. You'll love it there.
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm. The office is closed on weekends.
We rent on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. We do not rent by the year or let anyone live here long term (We are not implying that you were asking to live here. I was just covering all possibilities of what long term could mean to other people, because we do have several people asking us if they can live here).
They will stop on Atlanta Highway and the beginning of Forsyth Lake Road. They will not come into the campground and drop children off at an RV site.
No,I'm sorry we do not rent our cabins by the month. We rent them on a nightly basis with a 2 night minimum stay.
