I was there long term, as a travel nurse. Want to say it was 650 monthly, all inclusive. Very nice place, quiet, serene. No one bothers you. Cute little pond, lots of shade trees, unless you're right on the pond edge.
I think we paid $50. Maybe $55. This is a peaceful setting, you are left alone not pestered in any way. It is clean. I did find the cost high. Kind of surprised me. But we would return.

I think it depends on what u have and what u want. Everybody has a platform for individual voltage too. My friend is a traveling nurse so i'm not sure if its different when u stay short term or regular package. But it's a very serene & nice place to live for a moment. U can have pets too.
