This is such a beautiful location, nestled in the trees but within 10 minutes of anything you could need. Property is well maintained, large lots with good open spaces our grandson could ride his bike around park without us worrying. Justin and Wayne are very nice just all around good people. Would definitely come back if I’m ever back this way.

We only stopped in for a night however we can’t wait to come back for an extended stay. The grounds are beautiful, there is a nature trail, pond where our pups loved going in to, the spots are very spacious and incredibly clean. They have corn-hole. I don’t often write reviews of campgrounds however I couldn’t resist with this one. The owner is absolutely phenomenal and kind too. Can’t wait to come back!

We started staying at Whispering Oaks as the new management was taking over. From the first day we have had a wonderful experience. Wayne and Justin will go above and beyond to ensure that you have a wonderful time. The resort in very near to all places and things you will possibly need. Communication is wonderful, care of the campground is top notch! Improvements are constantly, it is clean, and there is no issues with excessive loudness or other things you may sometimes find at other parks. This is especially important to me as I sleep during the day. The sites are nice, and you can relax looking at the beautiful pond on the grounds. If you are coming to the area, be sure to book a site at this resort, you will not regret it.

I have been staying at the campsite for over a month and have had a great experience! It isn’t far from all the amenities needed in town but far enough away to be peaceful. The owner is so helpful and stepped up when my husband was hours away and unable to help. They really know how to make you feel safe and at home! Recommend for individuals and families.

I was there long term, as a travel nurse. Want to say it was 650 monthly, all inclusive. Very nice place, quiet, serene. No one bothers you. Cute little pond, lots of shade trees, unless you're right on the pond edge.
They have spots for trailers and RVs. Delightful RV park. People are very nice and helpful. Hope to stay there again.

There are only 14 sites here. I'm not sure if they're willing to tie any up with long term. I was there for about two weeks.

Yes. Check with them about size to be sure they have a suitable space for your rig. Nice place. Nice folks. We had very enjoyable stay of several days.
It best to call them. We tented monthly a year ago so the info may not be good anymore.

We stayed there in November and December of 2017. The sad no Wifi then. Still loved the place. Just beautiful.
I understand not allowing aggressive dogs on your premises, but to umbrella all dogs of a certain breed is ridiculous and ignorant . Especially if you require them to be harnessed at all times. Please take the time to educate yourself!! We have stayed here a few times over the last few years but gonna go else where now.
