This has been the best pawn shop I have been to in a long time, maybe ever. Two other shops, (village and memorial) didn’t want to give me anything for my pawn. These guys gave me what I needed and in turn, made a little money. The way business is supposed to be with pawn shops. As a matter of fact, I had to leave the pawn with them for about 6 months, so their great customer service paid off for them, while the other lost out. I guess the others don’t like money! Every employee I dealt with at Jolly were great, nice and genuine. The guy I originally pawned with, payed enough attention that while making my payment for month 5.. asked me a question about my business ... I hadn’t spoken to him about it since that first day I met him, that showed me he actually listened to me instead of acting like he cared. I appreciate that! Though the drive is a little far for me, I will return if I need any help again.
