i graduated this December and i stayed at the camp ground for two years. Chris will give you a monthly rate, the power is metered and paid in addition to lot fee. The lot fee includes water and sewer. It is a quick ride to the school.
They have 50 and 30 amp at each one and mines 37' with no problem. They are pretty full though.
No they do not have a pool. Not sure monthly rates
