Yes there is a deposit of 300$ It is a really nice place so the deposit is worth it to have your pet with you! Hope this helps

Melissa, being a new employee there shouldn’t be any questions after I explained the pet fee to your mother. We typically do not accept cats, I made an exception! Unfortunately, we do not refund pet fees. The fee is for deep cleaning of the room after the guest checks out.
Not sure. We didn't have our pet with us. We did see guests with them though, sorry doesn't help you out
Alot of ppl on here hve said tht there is a deposit and its REFUNDABLE AS LONG AS THERE IS NO DAMAGE IT SMELLS LIKE A WET DOG IN MY MOMS RM THTS NOT FAIR TO HER
