I stayed here in a housing crisis, having lost my apartment to new owners who kicked out every tenant. This place has new owners, they are incredibly nice. That is the most important thing because the reputation attached to this location is because of how it was previously ran. They are working hard to get it cleaned up and have greatly improved it. The staff have been nothing but kind to me, from owners to housekeeping. If you need anything they are more than helpful. Ashley is wonderful. Give them time, they will get this place improved. Worth the stay, and I'm so thankful to them for being the one place to allow my cats to stay with us, my son is special needs and they are therapy. I'll be forever grateful. My room is super cute and cozy! It was also very clean!

Good hotel to stay for a night or two and even good to stay for more nights if needed. Service is nice. Desk staff is friendly helpful and cleaning staff is also good and smiling. Room TV works fine and well. Prices are reasonable. Hotel rooms could be little more spacious.

I check out tomorrow. I just want to say that it is my understanding that this place has new owners (approximately 2 months now), the pool mentioned in other reviews has been remedied and is no longer a pool. The staff at the desk as well as the owners have been nothing but kind and accepting of us. I have been very concerned about some of the long term residents here, as it is quite obvious there is drug activity going on and it is not the cleanest nor safest environment for children. I am hopeful that with new owners this place may get turned around. It has the potential to be a very cute place. My room has been quieter than expected and was clean, though after observation I will honestly say they lack mops and covid protocols as well as regular housekeeping. It seems that the house keepers are some of the long term residents and they don't have gloves etc etc when cleaning. Towels are limited, soap etc and the things you would expect are limited also. Breakfast is not served. It doesn't seem to live up to motel 6 standards associated with the brand. My neighbors were nice and I hardly hear anything. But please make people clean up after themselves, and the people here need to teach their children some respect. Throwing things and shining phone flashlights into cars and people allowing their dogs to pee on others vehicles is unacceptable. All in all I give it a 3 because they've been good to us and my neighbors are pleasant. The outside needs to be cleaned and possibly be a little more concerned with who stays here longer. The dumpsters are horrible and having old mattresses etc. Outside sets the stage for who comes in and out. I can totally see why the police watch from neighborhood parking lots. At the end of the day, it's served its purpose but has been less than ideal surroundings

Had a cute little beds and the shower big and open could definitely fit two. Air conditioner worked t.v worked ash trays outside every door. Near plenty of food places, not a lot of noise from traffic. We came to be alone and we're not let down. We loved our night there. Front Desk Manager is amazing friendly and always smiling. She definitely was in the nicest person we have met
