On the plus side: Great location, nice pool room, great patio bar, great breakfast with made-to-order omelets. On the negative side: the rooms were incredibly humid from the pool to the point that the floors and sheets felt damp. The front desk staff and bartenders were also crabby, annoyed, or indifferent. The only exception was the cheery and friendly ladies making the omelets. The omelet ladies were fantastic!

We stayed at the Best Western Green Bay Inn Conference Center. It was a great room at a great price! The breakfast was awesome! They make fresh to order omelets along with the fresh hot waffles and all the other amenities. Our room was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable, the refrigerator, microwave and Coffee maker all came in handy. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again is we get back to Green Bay.

Stayed here for a concert next door at resch center. Hotel could use updating but it was clean and accommodating. Staff all friendly. Breakfast pretty good. For the location and price point of $100, I was very pleased.

Do not stay here. Our rooms conjoined door was unlocked posing a significant security issue. We didn't realize it was unlocked until we had already dropped our bags off and left for a little bit but either way, this should've been locked by the time we got our room key. But that's the least of the issues. The hotel itself is just not clean. We were lucky enough to be attempting a family reunion at the hotel on the same weekend as the Hartland boys wrestling tournament. The hotel wouldn't let us use any conference rooms (they were all empty) even after I offered to pay and complained that we couldn't hear ourselves think in the pool room. The staff are apparently complicit in letting the guests children be completely unhinged and unruly. Multiple times I had children (and fully grown adults!) Run right into me as I was walking to and from my room. Completely ridiculous behavior. Not only is this not safe for guests, but kids shouldn't be sprinting down the hallway at 11 pm (yes, even that late!). Not a parent in sight, and if they were they were too drunk to notice. Try not to get a room bordering the pool area as you'll be woken up by screaming kids in the pool by 8 AM and it's an echo chamber. They finally gave us an empty room once the pool area closed but it was attached to the bar that was blasting music. Why have conference rooms that don't have glass in the windows so noise can get in? I want to be sympathetic as we just happened to be staying on a weekend when all hell in the form of children took over this hotel, but the staff didn't even try to help the situation or make things easier for us. I hope to never step foot in this hotel again
