Kohler charged me 3 times on my credit card for my one stay. Booked 9 months early. Charged me half at that point ($200), and then two times after my stay (Two additional charges of $200 each, for a total of $600 on what should have been a $400 cost). I can imagine Kohler gets away with this on a routine basis against unsuspecting guests who don't analyze their credit card statements, or make good notes of how Kohler bills you on your credit card. This kind of fraudulent activity will lead me and everyone I tell to book elsewhere in the future while staying in Green bay. Embarrassing for a world class company.

We have stayed at Lodge Kohler a couple of times and have loved our rooms and the service. However I’m docking a star for not having any EV charging stations or even a place to plug a mobile charger in! Only one hotel in Green Bay has EV charging so I’ll be staying there next time.

Lodge Kohler really knows how to provide a great experience. The check in was easy, friendly and clear with communication. The rooms are very clean, up to date and comfortable. All the staff throughout the hotel was friendly and hard working to provide a calm, comfortable experience for the guests. Great job Lodge Kohler, I'll be back!

We had a reservation to eat here at @3:30, however, due to our other hotel's issues, we were not able to make it there on time. The Lodge Kohler staff were extremely accommodating and understanding! Hannah was our server and she was awesome! She recommended awesome drinks to us and was extremely friendly and patient with us! We loved our dinner here and thought it was so kind that they covered our dessert due to it being my birthday! Loved our night at Lodge Kohler.
