The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful. The pool was very nice and clean. However, the rooms were not in a clean condition. The sofa and the chair were very stained and dirty and needed to be replaced. The carpeting was very stained and had not been cleaned. The shuttle bus was very dirty inside and out.

We frequently stay at IHG hotels when traveling, and this location was definitely one of the nicer ones we've stayed in. The pool was smaller than I expected, but the zero depth kids area made up for it. Breakfast was tasty (no waffles right now due to supply chain issues was a bummer but we get it!). Staff was super friendly and helpful. The fitness center is small but has free weights up to 50 lbs which was awesome!! Our only complaint were the super loud, rowdy people in the pool and running the halls til after 11 PM, but that's not really the hotel's fault. Overall we will definitely stay at this location again when we are in Green Bay.

Let me start out by stating that the front desk staff were great! They were friendly and helpful! Though the pool itself was small, the hot tub and pool room were large and well kept! We were thankful for that. The location was also very convenient and quiet, and we loved the option to have a pull out sofa in addition the the other 2 beds. For the rate I paid, however, I expected a bit more. The room and property had wear and tear, and wasn't as nice as I had hoped. We only had 3 towels for a room that had 3 beds (including a pull out). There were no sheets or blankets for the pull out. The shampoo and one of the shower gel bottles were empty. We could hear the people from rooms around us fairly easily. The elevator floor was stick from Friday to Sunday. There weren't as many options for breakfast as I've seen at other properties. I'm not sure if we'll stay there again as there are other options in the that would meet our needs as well.

I have stayed in hundreds of hotel rooms, but I've never had a double shower before. Two shower heads splashing water from left and right. It was just awesome! The room also had a whirl pool, which I wasn't expecting, since it was an upgrade. Thank you for that! This was room 200 :)
