We were very happy with our stay. We never have very high expectations on lower priced hotels but th Bay months was clean, the people working there were smiling and happy to help us in any way. We asked to check out later than usual (which we know is a hassle for them) and they were happy to accommodate us. The breakfast was great and better than most restaurants. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Felica checked me in and was very quick and expedient. Monica a member of staff whom I learned had only been here a short time did very well with managing the morning breakfast and the counter and was very efficient. David the "manager" I felt was very rude, unprofessional and short with guests when addressing a concern. In addition , I have never seen someone in a management role that has a career in hospitality berate a staff member in front of guest even for a minor infraction; it was completely uncalled for and appalling, a manager is suppose to set the tone for his or her hotel. Speaking of the room, it wasn't the best nor wasn't the worst I've seen; it had some electrical issues lights not working correctly sheets were wrinkles . Oh yeah, night staff member was asleep while on duty while customers were waiting to be checked in.

The location is excellent, the breakfast was great. (very good hot and cold items ) considering the guy working shut it down 15 minutes before he was supposed to. The room was clean but shower curtain was not attached as it looked like someone beforehand pulled it down. Make sure you have ID for all adults staying in the room and don’t be sensitive to the smell of weed because you’ll catch them at random areas of the hotel. Edit: I was told the buffet ended at 9:30 so I apologize if it really ended at 9 and thank you for the extra 15 minutes!

Room had a cigarette odor when we checked in. When getting ready to leave we were picking our stuff up from the floor and noticed several pieces of old food under the bed. It was disgusting and very dirty under both beds. It was clear that it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Breakfast was ok. No hot water for oatmeal and several items were gone. Hard to find an employee to help us.
