Positive: This is one of the best Spring Hill Suits I have ever stayed in. The front desk was great, the room was great. The location was incredible. I encourage anybody coming to Green Bay to come to this hotel. Negative: If I am not picking, the carpet in the elevator was a little frayed around the edges, but really this is a GREAT HOTEL.

Positive: I like the way this hotel is set up. you don't hear alot of noise from other rooms. The staff is friendly. It also is the hotel that I have been to that has a tub to soak in. Bleach it out and enjoy a nice soak in epsom salts Negative: Needs better options for breakfast. At least some more fruit or protein options

Mattresses were like being in a crater. Springs poked us. No hot water for showers in the morning. Rooms need updating. Noise level is high with just normal hallway conversation. Can hear every noise in adjacent rooms, including the bathroom. The employees are friendly and welcoming, but the actual property is not up to normal Marriott standards. If you enjoy paying for a heated hotel room but are unable to sleep well on the beds, or expect hot water, you will do well here.

I never actually stayed at this property, although a Booking.com nightmare lead me to talking to Casey on the phone. She was nice enough to cancel my reservation for me without being charged. She is a saint and I can't thank her enough! Never use Booking.com, book directly through the property!
