Beware of booking over the phone!! Have stayed at this hotel a couple of times for weddings at Olde 41 next door. Giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because the breakfast is good. The most recent stay I called the 920 number directly to book under a wedding block. I was transferred to someone to complete the process. Little did I know that I was transferred to a third party service without my knowledge and was just told that I was transferred to someone to find the wedding block for me. They accidentally booked us at the wrong hotel (the East location). I pre-paid for the reservation over the phone and when my mom showed up to check in we were told that there was no reservation for us at this location. The wedding block that I called and was supposed to be booked under was only at this West location. I called the hotel directly after and was told there was nothing they could do. I called Wyndham and was told there was nothing they could do. Now I am out the $$ for the stay and am being told that there's nothing anyone could do... so if you call to book over the phone DONT let them transfer you.

Extremely underwhelming, outdated room, dried up vomit on side of toilet seat, mini fridge in room didn't work. Went out for a coffee at breakfast and the first cup was cold, I tried some from the one she just brought out and it looked like cloudy water and tasted the same. If you want a nice room, book a room at the American Inn on the East side of Green Bay....steer clear of this hotel 🤢

If I could I would leave a lower score but alas I must inform the people. My experience started with the miss of my childhood by entering an Americaninn, but once entering my room that fruitful joy was ripped away from me. In one of my companions rooms there were chunks of hair left out on the desk. In our room the tv didn't work and had a hlaf cleaned bathroom. I'd be utterly idiotic to have another stay at this establishment.

Used to visit the pool areas all the time as we live close by. They used to charge $5 per person to swim and use the pool area. The price raised to $10 which is still fine. However the pool is nasty. Chunks of hair floating in it. The pool is clouded over like a July thunderstorm. Very disgusting!! Take a peek under the cover of the handicap chair in the hot tub!! 🤮 It’s rustier than a war nickel found between the seat of your grandads Buick! Swim at your own risk. I would never take my kids here again. Used to be a very enjoyable place.. now… not so much!
