The Facility is clean and the staff is very helpful. I locked myself out of the fitness center and my room. The staff did not hesitate to help me out. The breakfast includes a waffle maker, eggs, and sausage. The fitness center is probably the best which includes a dumbbell set up to 25lbs and cable machine. For cardio they have a treadmill and a bicycle.

I was able to book a very good price through Windham, better than the casino across the street. Thought it was a very good room. Green Bay has a quiet airport at least when we were there. Breakfast was just OK but overall worth the price we paid.

We had asked for a handicapped accessible room with double beds because we both have arthritis and it is hard for us to move freely. The desk and chair were so close to the bed and my husband kept tripping over it. You could hardly pull the chair out to sit because it was so close to the bed. We had no big chair with foot rest because there was no room for it. The beds were so high we could hardly get in them. They were not double beds. They were way too big for that room! The bathroom was good. Breakfast buffet was awful from cold scrambled eggs to rubber cold sausages all juice dispensers were out! They wanted to charge us an extra $25 in case we buy something from the store. They would credit us in the end. Where is that a good business practice?.We have stayed there many times in the pasted, and never had this terrible problem. But I am hesitant to stay there again.

Very Clean & Tidy. Now….I’ve stayed at fancy resorts in Hawaii…like at least 10. And not one of them have a microwave in there rooms, let alone a fridge this big. And 24-Hot coffee??Also…this may look like a cheap (free) breakfast…but those $400 to $1,500 places don’t serve ANY free breakfast. So I find it funny that pay $100 a night and I get more. The room is just as big…and a little better than let’s say the Marriott that i have paid 300-400 per night. This place is great for what it is. Very friendly and helpful staff. It felt comfortable and warm the minute i walked in the door!!
