The tours might get sold out on busy weekends but you can always get tickets for just wine tasting. You can also walk around the castle on your own, but there is no access to the lower levels unless you take the tour.

You can but tickets on site, but recommend making reservations for busy weekend days..

You can purchase tour and wine tasting tickets when you get there.
