No. But if you don't have a FOID you cant shoot alone.
You do not have to be a member. There is a small fee for the entire day or there are yearly membership packages and you can utilize all the ranges from the 2 rifle ranges, pistol, trap and of course the plinking pit where you can shoot almost everything, bumpfire, slidefire and even full auto.
