All stores have periodic sales. You would need to be more specific when asking you're question. For example, which specialty clothing store has the best sale today.
Most of them have good sales after thanksgiving up till Xmas and then clearance sales after Xmas

Generally the department stores have some sort of sale. Bath & Body Works has been having daily specials as well.
