I left Starbucks feeling perplexed. Ordered my drink using mobile app. (Keep in mind that they were NOT busy - only one car in front). I went to where you place your order @ the drive through to let them know that I was picking up my mobile order. The guy on the other end told me that I needed to wait for 5 minutes AFTER I place my mobile order and then come and get it. To me, there’s no difference for when I pull-up and order to still sit and wait for my one drink. What is the difference?!?! I’m still waiting either/or after I placed my one drink order whether using mobile app or drive through. Five STARS for the Baristas - very professional and efficient.!! The drive through guy needs to take some classes on Customer Service.

Starbucks is to expensive. Who getting. All the money. It's sure not employers. Wawa has better coffee. And a lot cheaper
They're practicing the standard national and worldwide Covid safety protocols. Masking, limited contact, cleaning etc.
