It's free to enter unless there's a concert (which you need tickets for). The bars are a mix of cover and no cover. Restaraunts are free. Establishments seem to change year to year with about 7 or 8 being long term, living outside Louisville for 9 years now. PBR bar is a fun country bar. It's free but sometimes there is a dress code. I honestly never go down there. Of all the years it's been around I have probably been 4-5 times. Lots of bars and places to eat.
