The young lady at the service was very polite and she had no problem answering any questions I had. I’m in the process of moving and was looking for a place to stay until I move in. I will definitely be choosing them next week. Any business is only good as the people they choose to run it for them. A beautiful Spirit will change a person outlook or perspective or something. Thank you for great customer service, it’s hard to find that quality in businesses theses days. An as a Business Owner that’s what we look for in the crew that we choose. Just finished a 12. 5 hr shift cardkey doesn't work. No I didn't have it near or with phone. I left it in the car. They have after hour phone no one answers. Now dirty as hell and I can't get in a room that's paid for. How would you like to stay here?????

It was a decent stay since I was only there for work purposes but what truly frustrates me and other like myself is that when we extend our stay but are informed of changes at our place of work and have to leave . We should be able to obtain either a full or partial refund or possibly be prorated for our stay. When we stay for work to make money. Not to lose it and not being able to obtain those funds doesn’t help clients. Just stains reputation, but that’s just me from my experience.

Ms. Cassandra & her staff was amazing! They definitely takes care of their guests in a timely manner without hesitations! My keys locked a few times and they replaced my keys after hours with no hesitation. The maintenance man on property was very quick to respond and didn’t make me wait days for something to get fixed. Ms. Cassandra thank you for taking pride in your property! It definitely reflects in your staff and your attitudes towards your guests and in the maintenance of your property.
