The only other thing you can do is go in or have someone go in for you. If they aren't answering it's because they're either very busy, under staffed or the person at the front desk is lazy. I've seen all three situations.

If you are a first time donor going there you can't just go in and get seen like that. But you can go in to make an appointment to have a screening done...
Just go there no need for an appointment
