If you can't be there an hour before close you have to call and make an appointment to get in in that last hour. So if they close at 6 and you can't be in the door by 4:59, call and make an appointment.
In addition there was times when they said they was not taking appointments one day and two days later they was. Is why i quit going there because was not consistant and messing up my donating days.
