I tried to donate here for the first time 2 weeks ago. Twice I have been here and havent been able to donate the first time was due to a family emergency I had. Then, they denied me to donate because it had been 5 hours since my last meal and I couldn't eat the peanut butter crackers. So, today I went in to donate just to be told that I am deferred and that I should find another plasma place because of a misunderstanding! Even after I had explained that my son has been in the hospital for 3 weeks now and I'm stressed out and struggling. But when I came in the last time before this they left me sit there thinking everything was fine for 15-20 minutes just to then tell me that I couldn't donate. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLASMA PLACE EVER! I WILL NOT WASTE ANYMORE OF MY TIME! They obviously think that they are perfect and have never had a communication error! What a joke!

Went to try donating here after having issues at CSL Plasma and was told I couldn’t donate today because they were just excepting the last two donors and the staff that does the physicals leave at 4pm even though they don’t close until 7:30pm. Though I completely understand being short staffed and will try coming another day cause I do want to try here and see if they are better than CSL... I don’t get how y’all want new donors but have the staff that does physicals for new donors leave 3.5 hrs before y’all close.

This is after 5 days of healing. This is from a poke from a trainee, they poked thru my vein and outside my skin. The very rude lady who works in the donation floor was training. She always acts superior and I asked when I walked in if I could see if I was on the list for the bonus because my phone has fell in the toliet. Just to check for me. She was rude and never checked I believe because she never told me either way. Then her and her trainee approached. Not even introducing her trainee. I told them both, my veins are not easy and are deep. They ignored me and continued to have this trainee poke me. The pain was awful. They need to listen to people about their own bodies. This girl had no idea what she was doing. I have to walk around like this and missed out on the 2nd donation. This wasn't even worth the 40 bucks. I realize the human body is unpredictable but I never had a issue with the poke here until they let someone who has little to no training do my veins which are deep. They are rude so I was rude back. I don't know who they think they are but there not better than the people donating. They act like that. Disgusting.

New donors are recieving amounts in this order starting with first donation being $60 then 2nd is $70 third is $70 and i believe 4th is $40 and 5th donation is $70 for the month of October as every month is a little different. And you can actually get an extra $5 on your 2nd donation making it $75, by creating an online acct. with telecris plasma and they will give u info on that during your 1st donation.
You'll need state issued I.D... Sos sec card and or birth certificate with one or the other
New donors are getting $60.. $50...$75 ..then $100
Your second visit of every week, there is a bonus but u can't miss any to get them all. The first week is extra $10, second week is extra $15, third week is $25 and the 4th week is an extra $50 on your second
You get 25 for your first and 45 for your second donation. New donors get 50*3 and 75 on your fourth donation.
The only other thing you can do is go in or have someone go in for you. If they aren't answering it's because they're either very busy, under staffed or the person at the front desk is lazy. I've seen all three situations.
If you can't be there an hour before close you have to call and make an appointment to get in in that last hour. So if they close at 6 and you can't be in the door by 4:59, call and make an appointment.
Yes, but they are not accepting any new donors until after the new year at this location. You would be considered a new donor, since you've been gone so long.
He can go up there or call and theyll add the money to his card
25$ bonus on your second visit of the week and no plasma services continue high donation amounts after your first month, however Talecris does routinely give 6th and 8th visit extra bonus
We are sorry to hear that happened. Please see a center team member at your next visit to secure a replacement card.
I believe its 65
Thank you for reaching out to us! Please contact the center and they will be happy to assist you. Hope to see you soon!
Best bet would be to call them. It all depends what you were deferred for.
I think it's a year if you have to tell them
18 years old minimum.
It's best as a new donor to make an appointment
So sorry you had a bad day there. But maybe you could give it one more try, on a different day you may have a very different experience. Just saying, cuz I've had a couple bad incidents, but overall it's usually very good. Everybody has bad days once in a while, even businesses. Also, did I miss something? Was there a question in there? I got a notification that someone had a question and was directed to this...statement.
Yes, you have to be between 6.0 and 9.0; eating high- protein foods a few days before donating helps.
Yes
As long as it's not expired and is a picture I.d
7 times 70$
You may return with proof of address in the form of a post dated letter within the last 30 days. You may also use a lease or utility bill. You are permitted to donate without proof of address on your first visit, but will be required to have it on your next visit.
For August new donors it's $70 for first 7 times. Return donors still 25 and 45 but the extra is 20
For July it is $75 three times but in August it is much more.
ID and social security card. ID must have current address.
Yes. Especially if it's still open. If it's in the healing process, the medical staff can evaluate it and determine if you would be ok to donate.
No I believe you still will be able to donate.
And it's not five or six hours more like two or three.
$50 on your first and $75 on your second
You need your id and ss card the pay for new donors for dec is 75 1st and 50 for 2nd time only for the end of the month
Yes
$75 for the first 4 donations
Nopenoy till tomorrow, has to be a day in between and 7 days between the next.
Yes they do?
You need your up to date photo id with your correct address and your social security card. Sometimes you may need a current piece of mail with proof of address as well.
