Positive: The bed was comfortable and was able to run fan on air conditioning to drown out noise. Very nice shower. Everything was clean. Negative: It was under construction so bar, restaurant were closed. No where close to get food. Construction outside making it confusing to park or get into hotel. Only 2 pillows on beds that were very flat and squishy. Old building so very worn looking.

The room was excellent!!!! Very comfortable. A bit disappointed one elevator was working off and on, and one escalator did not work. The staff was fabulous. Food was very good.

Positive: The location is great if you need to be in Lansing. The bathroom was okay. The guy at the Starbucks stand brewed me fresh coffee when he didn't have the blend I wanted. Negative: It was a ghost town. The staff were not super helpful. The restaurant and bar in the hotel were not open. The rooms were just okay. Beds were small and uncomfortable. Not the cleanest hotel I've stayed at.

Made my reservation on 8/6/21 for this weekend. The hotel cancelled my reservation on Wednesday, 2/3/22 due to my credit card expiring that I had used back in August. No phone call, just cancelled, and sent an email. I called the reservation line within one hour, providing updated credit card info and confirmed my stay. Just to be certain, I called back, spoke with the front desk, who also confirmed my reservation. Before long, an email came through with my updated reservation details. When I arrived at the hotel (two days later,) they had no record my my reservation and had no room. The front desk staff offered no assistance, not even an apology. They had no room for my daughter and I and told us to go to a different hotel. Will never book here again. Incredibly poor customer service. Lastly, while we were trying to check in, both the escalator and elevators were not working and hotel lobby is dirty. Radisson should treat their customers a whole lot better than this. I ended up at a different hotel that costs $250 more for the weekend as I no longer had the discount that was associated with staying at the Radisson for my daughters dance competition. Very angry with the experience.

Yes there is shuttle service from the airport to the Radisson hotel. And I like it because the service is very prompt You don't have to wait a long time because who has time?

You should call them, I called because I was going to be late on Thanksgiving day and the front desk said I can check in anytime before midnight so i arrived at 8pm with no problems. And check out is at 12 because the keys demagnitize at 12 but you can get a late check out at 1pm
If you purchase a weeks worth of stay I am willing to bet you will get a deal.

We checked in about 6 p.m. and out that 10 a.m. and paid $9 in the parking garage. From the signs seems like it should have been more, that were not complaining
