6/28-6/30/2022: room smelled, sink only had hot water running. shower was decent. floor felt dirty. sheet smelled washed but still had stains and cigarette burns (non-smoking room) and burns in someof the furniture. We got to the room from running errands and our key wasnt working had to go to the lobby to get it reprogramed. Overall i feel like i paid way too much for this stay.

Positive: The room was clean and neat. The a/c was wonderful. It¿s convenience off the highway was excellent. The lobby staff were very nice and helpful. The room was pretty much as shown in the picture provided; though it was a more ¿tired and worn look. Negative: The room looked worn and tired. The walls had scuff marks on them and the curtains looked worn. There was mildew around the tub and on the bottom of the shower curtain. The tv had a crack in the screen.

Positive: There is nothing I liked about this hotel Negative: Room smelled like smoke, bedding had cigarette burns in them and smelled bad. Beds/pillows were uncomfortable, not enough towels for everyone and no coffee maker in the room. Nothing good to say about this hotel. I wish we would of stayed somewhere else.

I reserved a room well in advance. I had a performance that night in east Lansing and needed to check in before the sound check for the show. I got to the motel at 3PM to check in. It had been a long drive. NN ROOM was available for me. Not for a half hour. So I waited in my car. 40 minutes later ther was still no rooms clean. So I cant change clothes or use the facilities before I head to the gig. In my street clothes. I guess I will be checking in after midnight after my gig. Cant depend on this place!. Book somewhere else next time.
