I love this place! The staff is super friendly, the office is quiet and my wait has never been more than 10 minutes. My latest visit was with Nicole, she was incredibly welcoming and made the whole visit very pleasant and relaxing. She offered lots of information and educational resources. 10/10 would recomend this place to anybody who owns a uterus.

I called to get an appointment and no one answers. I would figure there would be a machine that says we are either closed for the day or something but nope. I was reading reviews on here and I don’t see very many happy patients. I don’t see that the owner has even replied to the bad comments on here, I would hope the owner would have resolved those issues.

I started going here for my gyno about 6 to 7 years ago and had a great experience for the first few years. Then, Embry decided to expand into multiple avenues (COVID testing, aesthetics, etc.) which led me to this one (or zero) start review. The FNP I was seeing there randomly left Embry and the front desk staff told me that JoEllen Embry (the owner) was the ONLY provider for the entire gyno office... there were 4 to 5 at one point. I called 1 week before my prescription needed to be refilled to which the office told me I needed to get repeat labs done in order to get a refill - they previously told me I didn't need labs done until a month later. I complied anyways and got my labs done 2 days later - results came 2 days after that, and I called the office every single day for a week and a half to follow up on my prescription refill. The theme was "JoEllen will get to it today or first thing tomorrow, it's on her board." Finally got my prescription refill a week and a half late and had already developed high blood pressure, rebound edema (swelling), weight gain, etc. (this is a medication you NEED TO TAPER OFF SLOWLY and that I had been taking for 8 years at the highest dose possible). It sounds like Embry expanded too fast without a proper plan and unfortunately they are suffering. If you want professionalism, to be valued as a patient, and things to be done in a somewhat timely matter, do NOT go here. Very, very disappointed and frustrated with this business and how things have crumbled.
