I believe the pool opens around 9am. We were there recently and tried to use it earlier than that and the lady at the front desk stopped us.
Pool is available 24 hours unless its closed for maintenance. Requires key card to get in, and because it is accessed to lobby, you are required to to have pants, shirt and shoes as to not upset staff and other guests
I'm not sure..i didn't use the pool.
