First time here and it was great. Couldn't keep driving and needed to stop. Rolled in at 1AM. Guy at front desk got me a room and I was out. Place is huge 6 floors. Rooms are very nice and have all the normal stuff. Breakfast is where it's at. Full hot breakfast. Sausage, eggs, waffles, toast, cereal, danishes, ect included. It is a little pricier than other places around but well worth it with the cleanliness and great food in the morning. If I need to stop around here again it will most definitely be here ✌

My daughter and I, and my three grandsons, stayed a night, over Spring Break. What a beautiful location! Our room/suite was very clean. The food was great! It was pretty busy, but the staff kept up with everything. The staff at this location goes above and beyond! We will be back!

This was our second time staying here, and both times were fantastic. The front desk employees are incredibly friendly, rooms are spacious and clean, and the pool area is fantastic (hot tub, plus a heated pool that can be accessed from both indoors and outdoors - the kids loved it). In addition to the very reasonably priced rooms, you get a full breakfast buffet, coffee 24/7, soft drinks in the evenings, and a happy hour with three FREE drinks and food every night. Super accessible to the airport and only 15 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids. Highly recommend.

Positive: Overall the cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed at,this hotel is six years old but loks brand new. The staff,from the maintenance man, food preppers,house keeping to the managers were all pleasant and helpful. Liked the happy hour too. Nice beds. Negative: The flat screen tv was good, but there was no on screen channel guide,to refer to so you couldn't tell what was playing unless you went to the station to see what was on, and you wouldn't know if the usual five minutes of commercials were on.Frustrating.

Yes, the pool is open and heated. There is a divider that you can swim under to go to the outdoor portion of the pool.
