Based on good reviews, I scheduled my test with Joe and...no, just, no. He was so rude and impatient, even before the test began. He really knows how to make a person feel horrible and I didn't even fail. Can't imagine how those who fail get treated. Only giving 2 stars solely because I passed. Don't go here.

Here is some background: I am an adult who has driven before, but I needed to retest for my license. I tend to be a very anxious person who finds driving quite stressful. In fact, driving is one of my least favorite activities. My instructor was Joe Fortier, and he made this experience so much better than I anticipated. He is very patient, calm, and friendly. I was dreading this test, but Joe really helped me to get through it. He also gave me some valuable suggestions as to how I could improve my driving skills. I highly recommend him.

My daughter drove with Joe Fortier - she was very nervous after one failed attempt through a different testing facility that was recommended before this one - she did NOT have a good experience the first time around. Joe was completely different - he was very kind and personable which made my daughter feel much more at ease with this road test experience and he also gave very clear instructions. Joe talked with her throughout the drive and he was very motivational and understanding. Joe also explained some of the minor things that my daughter should work on to become an even better driver. My son had his road test with Joe Fortier. I was worried about some pretty bad weather in the forecast, and I really appreciated Joe's willingness to touch base with me regarding what would happen if schools closed and road testing needed to be postponed. My son had a great experience with him, and we would schedule with Joe again!

How do you contact the Better Business Bureau? We are on our 5th attempt with this fraudulent company and the instructor has falsified information on two occasions to make my son fail.

Hey Douglas, unfortunately we do not offer rental motorcycles so you would have to provide your own motorcycle (or borrow one from a friend) to use for the test.
Hey Hailey, great question! We do driving tests for both adults and minors, but to take the written test you would need to go to the Secretary of State.
You can take the test before you are 16 years old, as long as you have been on your permit for at least 180 days, completed at least 50 hours of driving and completed segment 1 and 2. However, you will have to wait until you are 16 to go to the secretary of state and get your drivers license.
