I brought my mother in with severe shoulder pain the only one available was Alma Corverra NP, terrible treatment from her. She hurt my mother in the "process" of seeing what was wrong. My mother kept telling her she was in pain while she was moving her are and she had no regard for her. I would not recommend her to anyone awful bedside manner. We were able to come back with Rocio Medina and it was a day and night difference. Super friendly very gentle with my mother and extremely helpful. She took the time to see what was wrong and how to proceed instead of just giving her pain medication like the NP.

I love Dr. Medina. My entire family loves her. Although having to repeatedly call for refills is a problem. I also called 4x for a mammogram order for my disabled sister. I am her conservator and made my first call on March 19th. I called yesterday April 8th, for the 4th time and was told by one of their receptionist that I should have asked for an appointment and that they only do what the patients ask. I could not believe that she was blaming me for not getting the order for my sister. If I had been told on the first call that an appointment was needed I would have set the appointment. I personally don't have to see my OBGYN for my order. His office just sends it so having to be seen isn't anything I thought would be needed. If they recommend an appointment then I should have been told during any of the first three calls.
