The path is all sand with some roots jutting out occasionally. It'll be difficult but not impossible

You can depending on the trail but once u get closer to the beaches it gets soft

Dangerous if you are not 100% focused and strong. Steep areas, roots, wildlife, narrow paths (wide enough for strollers) and cliff edges. Many people walk with children - but beware if they are out of control dangerous areas exist where you may need to hold their hand.

No. Steep dunes that are all sand.

Stick to one of the two main paths going into the woods, then just try to follow the widest paths going out at the intersections. You will be able to get close to the beach before you hit too much sand. Happy trails!!

It would be quite the challenge I think, but you could do it. I've seen strollers left at the top of the sand by the beach, so people have definitely accomplished it!
