Very nice staff at front desk. Stayed here during a wedding and even though I already had my own soap in my bag, they had it in case you didn’t. Location was great too, plenty of restaurants in the area. Will stay again if I come back to Holland someday!

After this visit, I am a Marriott loyalist. Unforeseen catastrophic events at our Air BnB led us to this property, but I would return in a heartbeat. Everything from the rooms and amenities, to the level of service provided by the staff were on point. Sparkling clean rooms and above and beyond accommodating to a family with 2 under 2 y/o especially when our rental car wouldn’t start, they extended our check-out time by 3 hours which allowed our infant and toddler to nap in a safe and clean environment without disruption while my husband dealt with the delay. Highly recommend this prime downtown Holland location!

My wife and I came for the first weekend of Tulip festival to celebrate my wife's birthday. The hotel was in great condition and the staff did a fantastic job handling the crowds (especially parking). They also had a birthday card with a small gift waiting in our room for my wife, which definitely made the stay that much more special. I highly recommend this hotel for any trip to Holland. The location, great staff, and well kept facilities can't be beat.

The location is great. However, our bathroom didn't work the entire time we were there. We said something about it and they said they'd have someone come fix it....they didn't come until 10:00am the next day (1 hour before we were checking out). When asked at the front desk if we could do anything for us/give us some money back we were told $50....which never happened. We were on the 3rd floor and had to use the pool bathroom our entire stay!
