Don't order delivery to your house, they use 3rd party and thereby after you' ve paid and are waiting and waiting and check to see why it's not delivered on time past the return date, they say not their issue take it up with the delivery company - I'll share my review of them on their site later. Soooo have anything you order delivered to the store, except in our case they persuaded us it would be quicker and more convenient if we had it delivered to our house, but it clearly wasn't - so learn from our experience and save yourself time and anxiety. In the end it worked out but we had to do the calling and communicating and arranging with the delivery company. For all the hassle and delays it was still a good deal, but I will do it differently next time. 👍

I needed a new phone and visited the Verison store and they basically wished me luck and said I could go to Best Buy. Luckily, I had Devin helping me and he was fantastic! I have been putting it off because it is overwhelming trying to get info switched to a new phone but he helped me with every step of the process and made it painless. Just had a really great experience at Best Buy in Holland! Multiple people were there to assist us right away. Devin answered all our questions and even stayed late on a Friday night to help us with our purchases, multiple questions and phones. He was very knowledgeable with Verizon products and deals. Highly recommend for their customer service and knowledge!

The cheapest way to go is if you have a old phone and see if it is compatible to use Straight Talk,check into prepaid phones,they can add up to alot of money,(look into both and see which one fits for you

Best Buy will take old CRT TVs up to a certain size at the customer service desk (I believe up to 40"). They also have a drop for CD/DVDs, Batteries and other E-Cycle things like cables that is normally just inside the first set of doors.
It depends on how far you went. You may want to change all your passwords and credit cards and phone numbers abd stuff. I would deffinately go and talk to them about it, they should be able to help you out.
