Very few. Just some seagulls at most.

It really isn't a bird-watching environment. There is a woods area on the western boundary that would be the only real possibility. If you want woods birds try the Nature Conservancy at Nags Head Woods a couple miles North. If you want waterfowl, go to the Pea Island wildlife refuge south of Oregon Inlet.
