I would call and make an appointment. If they are like all other DMV in Oregon you pretty much need an appointment. Now they may have a very limited walk in at certain hours. Just go to Oregon DMV website and get the low down.

Not sure when I went there it was black Friday and they never opened after calling and waiting 45 minutes sorry
