Take really long to answer phone calls if not it sends you straight to voicemail and can’t even get in contact with them

I love this wic office they are friendly and courteous. They will call you to remind you your child is due for a checkup or they send you a note in the mail. They go above and beyond to schedule your apps. when its convenient for you. The dental side is another story they never have appointments they are always months out. The pharmacy is terrible I asked for my perscription be transfered to a different pharmacy and they kept refusing making up every excuse not to do it. The new pharmacy requested the transfer 3 times I called and asked for the transfer personally and was told I was not allowed to transfer my own perscription that the new pharmacy had to request the transfer when I told them how many time the request had been made they said they had no record of any request. It took almost 2 months of back and fourth between the two pharmacies to finally get it donne this perscription was for birth control and even then they didnt feel it was urgent to complete the request in a timely manner. Also the medication was extremely expensive here and they said it included a discount my new pharmacy had the same medication a 3 month supply for the amount I was paying for a one month supply.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I had been going to this clinic for 13years. I had one baby which is wear I found them. When I got pregnant with my second baby the care was awful. I was in advanced age, I had many issues I would bring up and they were brushed aside. In the end I lost my child. I would never recommend this clinic. Find another clinic, I don't think the OBGYN that took care of me may not be there. But don't go here, really truly don't go here.

I have never had such LONG wait times on hold and I've been coming to this office for almost 5 years now. The past 2 days I have been trying to get a hold of my Dr to Ok an X ray and I have received no help and no call backs. I was on hold for 20 min before a girl answered the phone. ( a girl that sounded like she hated her job) I had to take it upon myself to make yet another appointment just get my knee looked at again. I work in healthcare and I would be so upset if I knew my front office staff treated a patient this way.. Very disappointed. Then put back on hold..
