Republic Services did not completely empty my garbage can. I called and spoke with a Republic Services representative and she gave me two options: 1) They could send a driver back out to fully empty my garbage can and charge me an extra fee. 2) I could wait until next week and leave extra bags of garbage outside my garbage can and also be charged an additional fee for each bag. Incredibly disappointed, frustrated, and angry! What a joke.

Republic Services refused to service our 3-acre property, claiming that it was hard to access. Full-size dump trucks frequently come to the same location without issue so these excuses are another indication of their unwillingness to provide good quality service. Their monopoly on trash disposal in the Silverton area has resulted in laziness and no desire to please the customer because they know they have no competition. Very disappointing.

This is the Worst trash company I have ever dealt with. They cannot even communicate between themselves, let alone their customers. They are a complete disaster and if you call 10 times, you will hear 10 different answers. I ordered a second trash can at the beginning of the year and they took my old one. They didn’t return it for two months and still charged me. Then they stopped picking up my recycling and never did pick it up again, despite repeated calls. They were even charging me for it. Now they keep missing pick ups. The driver says he can’t back into our driveway which is bull because we move our cars for him. I finally had to call corporate to get some resolution but so far, they missed my trash pick up again today.
